All bookings must be made at least 4 - 5 weeks prior to scheduled event.

A down payment is required at time of booking. This payment is based on location and type of event being booked.

There are NO REFUNDS on cancellations two weeks prior to any scheduled event.

Photo Proofs will be ready for pickup within 1 to 2 weeks.

All proofs can be checked out for one week. A $60 deposit is required. This deposit will go against the remaining balance. An appointment time will be

scheduled for you to come in and place your portrait order.

At least half of the total order price is required when your portrait order is placed.

We accept cash or check only.  We appologize for any inconvenience!

Louwald Entertainment is based on the beliefs of Jesus Christ and will NOT participate in any project that is based on beer bashing, gay or homosexual activity or is to be produced in such places as bars, strip bars, etc.

There is a $35 service charge on all returned checks.
