I was born in Savannah, Georgia and have lived in Glennville all of my life. I graduated from Glennville High School in 1988. After receiving my high school diploma, I moved to Americus, Georgia where I attended South Georgia Technical Institute (College). With a major in Commercial and Industrial Photography, I graduated with a 4.0 average in 1989. I produced an infomercial for Bland Farms whic was on display in over 400 Sam's Clubs across the United States. I have also photographed local models for various pageants. My photography has been seen by professionals from New York, Japan, and Greece. I have photographed and produced pageants and many other events in the area over the past 23 years. I love photography, but film making is where my heart is at.
In February of 1995, I was an extra in the film, "Something To Talk About", with Julia Roberts, Dennis Quaid and Kyra Sedgwick. In April of 1996, I worked as a stand-in for Devon Sawa (Casper, Now and Then) for the film "Wild America" filmed outside Savannah, Georgia. These were answered prayers and a dream come true. “I love acting and wish I could do it full time. Especially since I've had the chance to work in the motion picture industry.” For nine years, I served as the effects and audio director for the Anderson Family Christmas Production in Glennville as well as a performer ("Grandma" in Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer and The Grinch). I have also held the position of Lighting Director for the Glennville City Auditorium for over 10 years.
One of my biggest dreams is to become a Director, Actor, Producer of Family films. I would love to have or be a legacy like Walt Disney. He loved families and children. He stood for morals and what was right. This is what I want to see more of in the entertainment industry. Hollywood today is a disgrace! The language, the violence and sex that they promote is so contrary to the Word of God. They're so against God and everything He stands for. I'd love to change that by producing wholesome, family-oriented films. Please keep me in your prayers that our Heavenly Father will open the doors for me to do his will.
I am an active member of Glennville First Baptist Church. I served as a Pre-school Sunday school teacher for 7 years as well as on the Children's Ministry Team. I am part of the Audio/Video Ministry. I enjoy fishing, swimming, biking, exercising, drawing, painting, going to the movies, concerts, photography, film and shopping. I love working outdoors in my yard and flower beds and I LOVE to cook... I get that from my grandma! I LOVE the mountains. I currently hold the position of Technology Support Specialist and teach Remedial
Reading as a Paraprofessional at Glennville Middle School. I LOVE MY JOB!! Go, Bulldogs!!
I'm often asked where did I come up with the name Louwald Entertainment. Louwald is derived from my grandparents two names, Louise and Waldo. "Lou" (Louise) and "wald" (Waldo) My granddad "Papa" passed away on Feb. 10, 2008 one day after his 89th birthday. My grandma "Mema" had to put into a nursing home this year due to her alzheimers. These two people were/are my life. They have taught me so much about what it is to be a Christian. Papa loved his church family and was there every time the doors opened up until the time he got sick and just couldn't make it. They both raised me (as well as my siblings) on the Word of God and that going to church every Sunday and reading and studying God's word was essential to a personal relationship with Christ. Without them and especially my parents teaching me and raising me with God's word, I'd have no chance of surviving this life. Thank God for them!!!
We celebrated their "70th" Wedding Anniversary in October, 2007.
